Preparation
- Arrange the chicken breasts in an even layer in the bottom of the slow cooker, placing thicker pieces toward the outer edges.
- Melt the butter.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together melted butter, honey, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken, ensuring all pieces are coated.
Cooking
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours until the chicken is cooked through.
- Stir in the heavy cream.
- Shred the chicken in the cooker and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes
For thicker sauce, remove a cup of sauce after cooking, whisk in a little cornstarch, then stir back in and cook on high for 15 minutes. Taste and adjust salt and pepper after adding cream.
