Preparation
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, minced garlic, and soy sauce.
- Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
Cooking
- Add shrimp in a single layer and cook undisturbed for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, then flip and cook for another 1 to 1 1/2 minutes until pink and opaque. Remove shrimp to prevent overcooking.
- Add the sliced bell pepper and broccoli to the pan and stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Return the shrimp to the pan and pour the honey garlic mixture over. Toss for 30 to 60 seconds until sauce thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately over rice or noodles.
