Ingredients
  

For the Fruit Salad
  • 2 cups diced apples Choose ripe apples for the best flavor.
  • 2 medium kiwi Peeled and diced.
  • 1 cup strawberries Sliced.
  • 1 cup raspberries Fresh or thawed if frozen.
For the Dressing
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar syrup Can be homemade or store-bought.
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice Freshly squeezed for the best flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons fruit preserves Any flavor you enjoy.
For the Cinnamon Sugar Tortilla Chips
  • 2 cups tortilla chips Store-bought or homemade.
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon Adjust to taste.
  • 1/4 cup sugar Adjust sweetness as needed.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine diced apples, kiwi, strawberries, and raspberries.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together brown sugar syrup, lemon juice, and fruit preserves until well blended.
  3. Pour the syrup mixture over the diced fruit and toss gently to coat.
  4. In a shallow dish, mix cinnamon and sugar.
  5. Toss tortilla chips in the cinnamon sugar mixture until well coated.

Notes
