  • 1 package chocolate cake mix
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup strawberries, chopped Fresh strawberries are recommended.
Optional Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes Optional
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts Optional

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil. Mix until smooth and pour into the prepared pan.
  3. In another bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture over the cake batter. Use a knife to gently swirl it into the batter.
  5. Sprinkle the chopped strawberries, coconut flakes, and chopped nuts evenly on top.
Baking
  1. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  2. Allow to cool before serving and enjoy your delightful dessert!
