  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup Can substitute with a homemade version.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Feel free to swap for your favorite cheese.
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes with green chilies Adjust amount for spice preference.
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper Any color bell pepper can be used.
  • 1/2 cup diced onion Yellow or white onion works best.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper Adjust spice level to taste.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Use according to personal preference.
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs Optional for topping, adds crunch.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked spaghetti, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, bell pepper, onion, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. If desired, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top for added crunch.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the casserole is bubbly and golden on top.
  2. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
