  • 1 lb ground beef You can use leaner ground beef or ground turkey for a lighter version.
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese Feel free to swap out for your favorite cheese variety.

Method
 

Cooking
  1. Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
  2. Press a small handful of ground beef directly onto one half of each tortilla. Season it with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Cook the beef side down for about 2-3 minutes until it’s nicely browned.
  4. Carefully flip the tortilla, sprinkle the cooked beef with cheese, and fold it in half.
  5. Grill both sides until crispy and the cheese has melted.
  6. Slice into wedges and serve with your favorite burger toppings or dipping sauce.
