  • ¼ cup sugar

  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted Can substitute with vegan butter.
Filling Ingredients
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon For the filling.
Frosting Ingredients
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine pumpkin puree, milk, sugar, egg, and melted butter.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until a dough forms.
  5. Roll the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
  6. Spread a mixture of brown sugar and cinnamon on top.
Baking
  1. Roll the dough tightly into a log and cut into equal pieces.
  2. Shape each piece into a pumpkin by pressing down slightly and using a knife to create ridges.
  3. Place rolls in a greased baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden.
Preparing the Frosting
  1. For the frosting, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
Serving
