Preparation
- Place the oats, peanut butter, mini chocolate chips, ground flaxseed, and honey into a large mixing bowl.
- Stir vigorously until everything is evenly combined and the mixture holds together when pressed. Add a teaspoon of water or more honey only if it seems too dry.
- Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Scoop about a tablespoon of mixture and roll into a ball. Repeat until you have about 18 balls.
- Transfer the finished balls to an airtight container and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving if you want them firmer.
