- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, blend together the peanut butter, sugar, and brown sugar until creamy.
- Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually blend the dry mixture into the peanut butter mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges turn light golden brown.
- Immediately press a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie after removing from the oven.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
