  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise Can be swapped for Greek yogurt for a lighter version.
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese Feel free to try different types of cheese.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley Optional, for garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until smooth and well combined.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in your baking dish. Spread the creamy mixture generously over each chicken breast, ensuring an even coating.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 35–40 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and has a nice golden top.
  5. Allow the chicken to rest for a couple of minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
