Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until smooth and well combined.
- Place the chicken breasts in your baking dish. Spread the creamy mixture generously over each chicken breast, ensuring an even coating.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35–40 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and has a nice golden top.
- Allow the chicken to rest for a couple of minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
