  3. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about ¾ inch for uniform cooking.
  4. In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix this until smooth and creamy.
  5. Spread the creamy mixture evenly over each chicken breast, ensuring full coverage.
  6. Place the coated chicken breasts in the baking dish and sprinkle with optional paprika or Italian seasoning for added flavor.
Cooking
  1. Bake uncovered for 35–45 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the top is golden brown.
  2. Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
