- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, shredded chicken, cream of mushroom soup, milk, half of the cheddar cheese, onion, celery, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Mix everything together until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the casserole is bubbly and golden.
