Method
 

Cooking
  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, then drain excess fat.
  2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  4. Serve the beef mixture over cooked rice and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
