Main Ingredients
  • 40 slices beef pepperoni slices Choose high-quality beef pepperoni.
  • 1 cup cream cheese Use fresh cream cheese for best results.
  • 2 tbsp Everything but the Bagel Seasoning Enhances the flavor of the cream cheese.
  • as needed keto-friendly marinara sauce For dipping.
  • to taste crushed red pepper flakes Optional, for added spice.
  • to taste grated parmesan cheese Optional, for extra flavor.

Method
 

Preparation and Baking
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. On a clean surface, spread a dollop of cream cheese onto half of the beef pepperoni slices.
  3. Sprinkle Everything but the Bagel Seasoning over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Take another slice of beef pepperoni and place it on top of the cream cheese spread. Press the edges to seal securely.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the stuffed pepperoni pockets on it.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until they achieve a crispy texture.

Notes
