Preparation and Baking
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- On a clean surface, spread a dollop of cream cheese onto half of the beef pepperoni slices.
- Sprinkle Everything but the Bagel Seasoning over the cream cheese layer.
- Take another slice of beef pepperoni and place it on top of the cream cheese spread. Press the edges to seal securely.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the stuffed pepperoni pockets on it.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until they achieve a crispy texture.
