Cooking
- Add the seasoned shrimp to the hot skillet in a single layer. Cook without moving for 1 to 1.5 minutes to allow a light sear.
- Flip the shrimp, pour the honey-garlic mixture over them, and gently toss to coat. Cook for another 1.5 to 2 minutes until shrimp are opaque and pink, and the sauce thickens slightly.
