- In a small bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and minced garlic. Whisk until smooth and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Cooking
- Add the ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until no longer pink and lightly browned, about 6–8 minutes.
- Pour the honey-garlic mixture over the cooked turkey and stir to coat evenly.
- Let the mixture simmer for 3–4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce becomes glossy and slightly reduced.
- Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
- Serve hot and top with sliced green onions for crunch, if desired.
