  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar) Pepper jack or mozzarella can be used for different flavors.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust based on preferences.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until the beef is browned, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the frozen mixed vegetables to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes, allowing them to soften.
  4. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and cooked rice, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything thoroughly.
  5. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  6. Evenly sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
  7. Bake in your preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
