Creamy Garlic Sauce
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt Can be substituted with sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried garlic powder

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill the chicken for about 6–7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove and let rest.
  4. While the chicken is resting, steam the broccoli florets until tender, about 5–7 minutes.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create the creamy garlic sauce.
Serving
  1. Combine the grilled chicken and steamed broccoli in bowls.
  2. Drizzle with the creamy garlic sauce for added flavor.
