Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, black beans, corn, brown rice, diced tomatoes, bell peppers, taco seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the top.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. Optionally, garnish with fresh cilantro.
