Method
 

Preparation
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
  3. Brown the ground turkey until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  4. Add mushrooms and cook until softened.
  5. Stir in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, then simmer for about 5 minutes.
  6. Reduce heat and mix in sour cream until well combined.
