  • 2 cups chopped baby spinach (loosely packed)
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 3 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 tsp fresh dill
  • 1 1/2 tsp fresh oregano
  • 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
  • 4 Tbsp feta cheese (crumbled)
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil for cooking

Preparation
  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the ground turkey, chopped spinach, diced red onion, minced garlic, dill, oregano, salt, pepper, and feta cheese until well mixed.
  2. Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions and shape each into a small patty.
Cooking
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  2. Cook the patties for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side until they are thoroughly cooked, ensuring the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
