  • 2 lbs fresh grapes (red and green mix) You can swap with seasonal fruits if desired.
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened) Make sure it's at room temperature for easier mixing.
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain) Can be substituted with sour cream for tanginess.
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar You can use honey or maple syrup for a sweeter touch.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional, walnuts or pecans) Feel free to use any nuts you like.
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows (optional) Can be omitted if you prefer.

Preparation
  1. Start by rinsing and stemming the grapes. Pat them dry with a clean towel.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whip the cream cheese until it’s soft and creamy.
  3. Next, mix in the Greek yogurt, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until everything is smooth and well-combined.
  4. Gently fold in the grapes to coat them in the luscious dressing.
  5. If you’re using them, sprinkle in the chopped nuts and mini marshmallows.
  6. Cover the bowl and chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
