- Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them evenly with the mixture.
- Place the baby potatoes at the bottom of your crockpot, creating a cozy bed for the chicken.
- Lay the seasoned chicken breasts on top of the potatoes.
- Pour the chicken broth over everything to keep it moist during cooking.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
