Preparation
  1. Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Cooking
  1. Add the steak cubes to the skillet, cooking for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness.
