- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
- Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper.
- Add steak cubes to the skillet in a single layer and sear for 2-3 minutes until browned.
- Flip the steak cubes and add the remaining butter and minced garlic.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the steak is cooked to your liking and the garlic is fragrant.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
- Serve immediately as an appetizer or main dish.
