Main Ingredients
  • 1 pound steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized cubes Choose good quality steak for best flavor.
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter Divided; 2 tbsp for cooking, 2 tbsp added with garlic.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Adjust amount to taste.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Season according to preference.
  • as needed Fresh parsley for garnish (optional) Adds freshness.

Method
 

Cooking
  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
  2. Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper.
  3. Add steak cubes to the skillet in a single layer and sear for 2-3 minutes until browned.
  4. Flip the steak cubes and add the remaining butter and minced garlic.
  5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the steak is cooked to your liking and the garlic is fragrant.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
  7. Serve immediately as an appetizer or main dish.

Notes
