  • 4 tablespoons butter Unsalted is preferred.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic can be substituted with garlic powder if necessary.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Season according to preference.
  • for garnish Fresh parsley, chopped Adds freshness and color.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces and season generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  3. Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl, then mix in the minced garlic until well combined.
  4. Toss the seasoned steak pieces in the garlic butter to coat fully.
Cooking
  1. Place the steak bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  2. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  3. Once done, remove from the air fryer, garnish with freshly chopped parsley, and serve immediately.

Notes
