Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the steak bites with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the seasoned steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cooking
  1. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the steak is cooked to your desired level of doneness.
  2. While the steak is cooking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
  3. Once melted, mix in any remaining garlic and let it infuse for a minute.
Serving
  1. After the steak is done, drizzle with the garlic butter and toss to coat.
  2. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.
