  • 1 16 oz tube refrigerated sugar cookie dough
For the Cream Cheese Topping
  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract (optional)
  • 2 cups powdered sugar, sifted if clumpy
For the Toppings
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • Any other fruit you enjoy: raspberries, mandarin segments, mango slices, or grapes Customize with your favorite fruits.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a pizza pan or baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the sugar cookie dough and press it into a roughly 12-inch circle on the prepared pan.
  3. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until the edges are lightly golden and the center is set. Let it cool completely on a wire rack.
  4. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and butter together until smooth.
  5. Stir in the vanilla and almond extracts, then gradually mix in the powdered sugar until fully combined.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled cookie crust.
  7. Arrange the sliced fruit on top in your desired pattern.
  8. Serve immediately to enjoy the best texture.
