- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
Assembly
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled cookie crust using an offset spatula.
- Decorate the top with sliced and whole fruits in your desired pattern. Add mint leaves if desired.
Chilling and Serving
- Chill the assembled pizza in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let the cream cheese set.
- Slice and serve cold.
