Preparation and Baking
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix the pancake mix, milk, eggs, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour half of the batter into the greased baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, toss the blueberries with a bit of sugar, then spread them evenly over the batter in the dish.
- Pour the remaining pancake batter on top of the blueberries.
- Drizzle the melted butter over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes
For best results, use fresh blueberries. If using frozen, thaw and drain excess moisture. Customize with additional fruits or nuts as desired. Grease the baking dish well to prevent sticking.
