Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with sugar and vanilla until smooth.
- In another bowl, combine the cake mix, milk, and melted butter until mixed well.
- Layer half of the batter in the greased baking dish.
- Spread the strawberries and cream cheese mixture on top.
- Add the remaining batter and more strawberries on top.
Baking
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until the cake is golden brown.

Serve the cake warm, on its own or with ice cream and whipped cream. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to four days. Reheat individual servings in the microwave.
