- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, garlic, and ginger. Add the beef and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Cooking
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add marinated beef to the pan and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the broccoli and a splash of water, cover, and steam for about 2-3 minutes or until the broccoli is tender.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot on its own or over cooked rice.
