  • 2 cups Greek yogurt Plain or flavored (vanilla or strawberry work well); full-fat provides creaminess.
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries Hulled and sliced into small, bite-sized pieces.
  • 1-2 teaspoons honey Optional for sweetness.

Preparation
  1. Wash, hull, and slice the strawberries into small pieces.
  2. Stir the Greek yogurt in a bowl to smooth any lumps and add honey if desired.
  3. Gently fold the sliced strawberries into the yogurt until evenly distributed.
  4. Spoon the mixture into ice cube trays or silicone molds and press down lightly.
Freezing
  1. Freeze the trays flat for at least 2 hours, or until the bites are firm.
  2. For best texture, freeze for 3-4 hours.
Serving
  1. Pop the frozen yogurt bites out of the molds and transfer them to an airtight container or enjoy immediately.
