Seasonings
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder For savory depth.

Optional Vegetables

Preparation
  1. Trim and place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk softened cream cheese with chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Pour the cream mixture over the chicken to coat evenly.
  4. Add chopped root vegetables if desired.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours, until the chicken reaches 165°F.
