  • 2 pieces chicken breasts Boneless and skinless
  • 8 oz cream cheese Light cream cheese works well too
  • 1 cup chicken broth Can use low-sodium if preferred
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • for garnish Chopped parsley

Method
 

Cooking
  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Place the seasoned chicken in the skillet and cook until golden brown and fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes on each side.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and keep it warm.
  5. In that same skillet, add the cream cheese and chicken broth. Stir until the cream cheese melts and the sauce becomes smooth.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet, making sure each piece is coated in the creamy sauce.
  7. Let it simmer for a few minutes until warmed through.
  8. Finish with a sprinkle of chopped parsley for a burst of freshness before serving hot.

Notes
