- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Place the seasoned chicken in the skillet and cook until golden brown and fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes on each side.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and keep it warm.
- In that same skillet, add the cream cheese and chicken broth. Stir until the cream cheese melts and the sauce becomes smooth.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, making sure each piece is coated in the creamy sauce.
- Let it simmer for a few minutes until warmed through.
- Finish with a sprinkle of chopped parsley for a burst of freshness before serving hot.
