Preparation
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Add beef to the mixture and marinate for 15 minutes.
Cooking
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds.
- Add the marinated beef to the skillet and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add broccoli and a splash of water. Cover and steam for 3-4 minutes or until broccoli is tender but still crisp.
- Season with salt and pepper.
Serving
- Serve Easy Beef and Broccoli hot over fluffy cooked rice. Optionally, add sesame seeds or chopped green onions on top.
