  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup cream cheese Softened for easier mixing
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese Shredded
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • for garnish Fresh basil

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, chicken broth, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
  4. Add sun-dried tomatoes on top, and season with salt and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  2. About 30 minutes before serving, sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the chicken and re-cover the crockpot to let the cheese melt.
Serving
  1. Serve warm, garnished with fresh basil.
