- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
- Transfer the beef to the crockpot.
- Add the cream cheese, ranch seasoning mix, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and beef broth to the crockpot. Stir gently to combine all the ingredients.
Cooking
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours, stirring occasionally if possible.
- In the last 30 to 40 minutes, add the uncooked pasta to the pot. Cover and continue cooking until the pasta is tender, about 30 to 40 minutes.
