  • 1 teaspoon garlic granules or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried mixed herbs (oregano, thyme, rosemary blend)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt adjust to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash the potatoes well and pat completely dry.
  3. Slice each potato about 1/8 inch thick and place in a bowl.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the slices and sprinkle with garlic granules, dried herbs, and salt. Toss until well-coated.
  5. Arrange the slices in a single layer on the baking sheet without overlapping.
Baking
  1. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until centers are tender and edges are golden.
  2. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
