- In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, carrots, cooked chicken or tofu, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Place about 2 tablespoons of the filling onto each egg roll wrapper and roll tightly, sealing edges with water.
Cooking
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly spray the egg rolls with cooking spray.
- Place the egg rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.

- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
