  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 whole onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Begin by heating a splash of olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Sauté the diced onion and minced garlic until softened and fragrant, about 3-5 minutes.
