Method
Cooking Pasta and Broccoli
- Boil pasta in salted water according to package instructions until al dente. In the last 3–4 minutes, add the broccoli.
Cooking Chicken
- In a large pan, heat olive oil and cook the chicken pieces for 5–7 minutes until golden brown.
- Add garlic and fry for another 30 seconds.
Making the Sauce
- Pour cream into the pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted. Season with oregano, salt, and pepper.
Combining Ingredients
- Drain the pasta and broccoli, then add them to the sauce in the pan. Mix well and allow to heat through.
- Sprinkle with chili flakes if desired and serve immediately.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in a pan over medium heat, adding a little cream or broth to loosen the sauce.
