  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions Garnish with extra green onions if desired.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortilla chips for serving Also great with pita chips or crackers.

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and cheddar cheese until smooth.
  2. Stir in the drained corn, jalapeños, and green onions.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
