Preparation

  2. Press the sugar cookie dough evenly into a greased pizza pan or a 12-inch round baking sheet.

  4. Remove from the oven and allow it to cool completely on a rack.
Making the Cream Cheese Layer
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  2. Spread this cream cheese mixture evenly over the fully cooled cookie crust.
Arranging the Fruit
  1. Slice and arrange the fresh fruits in concentric circles or create a beautiful rainbow pattern on top.
  2. For fruits like apples, pears, or bananas, lightly drizzle lemon juice over them to prevent browning.
Chill and Serve
  1. Chill the assembled pizza for at least 20 minutes to help the filling firm up.
