Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix peanut butter, sugar, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the peanut butter mixture.
- Roll the dough into balls and place them on ungreased baking sheets.
Baking
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.
- Immediately press a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie and allow them to cool.
