  • 1 cup breadcrumbs Gluten-free breadcrumbs can be used to accommodate dietary needs.
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 pcs eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
Glaze Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup ketchup For glaze.
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar For glaze.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, milk, ketchup, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well blended.
  3. Shape that mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the ketchup and brown sugar for the glaze. Spread it generously over the meatloaf.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, or until the center reaches your desired doneness.
  2. Once done, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
