Method
 

Preparation
  1. Shred the rotisserie chicken into bite-sized pieces using two forks or your hands.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, and Dijon mustard, stirring until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Add the shredded chicken, diced celery, halved grapes, and chopped green onions to the bowl.
  4. Gently mix until all the ingredients are evenly coated with the dressing.
