- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 4×8 inch loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, mix the mashed bananas with the honey, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
- Stir in the baking soda and salt.
- Add the flour and mix until just combined. If using, fold in nuts or chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 60-65 minutes.
- Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the pan. Enjoy!
