Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 4×8 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mix the mashed bananas with the honey, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
  3. Stir in the baking soda and salt.
  4. Add the flour and mix until just combined. If using, fold in nuts or chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 60-65 minutes.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the pan. Enjoy!
