  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup whole milk Can substitute with dairy-free milk.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter Used for cooking.

  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon For coating.

Method

Preparation
  1. In a shallow dish, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, salt, and 1/4 cup granulated sugar until well combined.
  2. In another bowl, mix 1/2 cup granulated sugar with 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon for the churro coating. Set aside.
