  • 8 oz lo mein noodles Cook according to package instructions.
Beef and Vegetables
  • 1 lb beef (sliced thin) Choose a cut suitable for quick cooking.
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, carrots, snap peas) Use fresh vegetables for best flavor.
Sauces and Oils
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil For flavor and cooking.
Aromatics
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 inch ginger (grated)
  • 2 green onions (sliced) For garnish.
Seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Cooking the Noodles
  1. Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
Stir-Frying
  1. In a large skillet or wok, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger; stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned.
  4. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry until just tender.
  5. Pour in soy sauce and oyster sauce; stir well to combine.
  6. Add the cooked lo mein noodles and toss everything together until heated through.
Garnishing and Serving
  1. Garnish with sliced green onions, season with salt and pepper, and serve hot.
